Mini Red Velvet Bundt Cakes

Ingredients Need to Make Red Velvet Bundt Cakes

1 Box of Red Velvet Cake Mix

1 cup of all-purpose flour

1 cup of sugar

¾ cup of sour cream

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

½ teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1 ½ cup of milk

½ cup of melted butter

3 eggs, room temperature

1 ½ tablespoon of red food coloring

Directions to Make Mini Red Velvet Bundt Cakes

1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Prepare the bundt pan by spraying Baking Cooking Spray.

2. Add all of your ingredients into the bowl of your stand mixer with the paddle attachment attached and mix on low for 2 minutes to combine.

3. Stop and scrape the bowl and then mix on medium for two minutes.

4. Pour batter into your bundt pan and bake for 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of clean.

5. Let cool a few minutes in the pan before turning out onto a cooling rack. Let cool fully and sprinkle powdered sugar or drizzle a cream cheese glaze on top.

*For some extra razzle dazzle, you can add some edible silver glitter on top of the powdered sugar. I got mine from the Sweet Experience on Instagram.*

Cream Cheese Glaze

4 oz of cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup of butter, softened

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1 cup of powdered sugar

1. Mix ingredients until smooth. Warm until pourable and allow to set before serving.
