Everything but the Bagel Seasoning Dip




If you are a living a low carb or keto lifestyle, you will love this healthy snack! You only need a few ingredients and your favorites veggies and you are in snack heaven! I was inspired to make this dip by a trend I saw on Tik Tok lol! The trend involves adding plain cream cheese on sliced green peppers and sprinkling Everything but the Bagel Seasoning on top! While I do love green peppers, I prefer them sautéed with some onions on cheesesteak instead of eating them raw. So, I remixed the trend and created a dip instead and served them with carrots. I truly enjoyed this snack and I hope you and your family enjoy it as much as I do!


Ingredients Needed to Make the Dip

8oz Whipped Cream Cheese

1/2 cup of sour cream

1 scallion, chopped

2 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

Everything But the Bagel Seasoning to taste


Directions to Make the Dip


  1. In a small bowl, add whipped cream cheese and sour cream. Combine well with a spoon.

  2. Add chopped scallions (a little more than half) and chopped bacon (a little more than half) to the cheese mixture.

  3. Add Everything but the Bagel Seasoning to taste.

  4. Top with remaining scallions, bacon and garnish with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning.

  5. Serve with veggies of choice.
