Blackberry Jam Vinaigrette


If you have been following me for awhile, you know that I love to transform my jam and use it in other ways besides on a piece of toast. I recently used my blackberry jam to make an amazing vinaigrette for a Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad. You only need four ingredients and if you love a sweet salad dressing then you will love this recipe. There are recipes like this one and more in my cookbook "All About the Jam". Ingredients Needed for Blackberry Jam Vinaigrette


4 tablespoons of red wine vinegar

4 tablespoons of olive oil

4 tablespoons of Dijon mustard


Directions to make Blackberry Jam Vinaigrette


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined. Store in air tight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
