If you have been following me for awhile, you know that I love to transform my jam and use it in other ways besides on a piece of toast. I recently used my blackberry jam to make an amazing vinaigrette for a Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad. Ingredients Needed for Blackberry Jam Vinaigrette
4 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons of Spilling the Sweet Tea's Blackberry Jam
Directions to make Blackberry Jam Vinaigrette
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined. Store in air tight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
