Chocolate Raspberry Heart Mini Bundtlets

Listen, love may be in the air, but these grocery prices are still doing the MOST 😅 And just like we’ve been doing all year, we are still saving money and cooking at home in 2026.

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, and instead of running to restaurants with overpriced prix-fixe menus or standing in long bakery lines, I’m showing you how to recreate one of my favorite treats right at home, the NEW Chocolate Raspberry Heart Mini Bundtlets from Nothing Bundt Cakes but homemade, cheaper, and just as delicious (if not better.)

One thing about me, I LOVE a good copycat recipe.

There’s something so satisfying about recreating your favorite restaurant and bakery treats at home, knowing exactly what’s going in them and keeping more money in your pocket.

These mini bundt cakes are:

  • Rich and chocolatey

  • Filled with sweet-tart raspberry flavor

  • Perfect for date night, Galentine’s Day, or just treating yourself

And the best part? You don’t need a bakery run to make them. The full grocery list is linked here- https://walmrt.us/3NWzGbW

Ingredients

1 box of Devil's Food cake mix

1 (3.4 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix

3/4 cup sour cream

3/4 cup vegetable oil

3 large eggs

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

1 tablespoon instant espresso dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water

1 teaspoon of raspberry liqueur, optional

Raspberry Preserves

1 box of cream cheese, softened

1 stick of butter

3 cups of powdered sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Dove Heart Chocolates

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  1. Add cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and espresso mixture into a bowl. With a hand mixer, mix well for 2-3 minutes until well combined.

  1. Add batter to mini bundt pan and bake for 25 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cakes to cook on a wire rack. *If using a regular sized bundt cake pan, bake for 45 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. *

  1. Fill the center of the cakes with raspberry preserves.

  1. In a standing mixer, add cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract and mix well until fully combined.

  1. Using a piping tool, pipe cream cheese frosting on each cake and then drizzle with more raspberry preserves. Top with a Dove Chocolate Heart.

Enjoy and Happy Valentines Day!!! For more copycat recipes, grab my new cookbook titled You Can Make that $h!t at Home.
