This recipe has gone viral overnight because it’s incredibly easy to make, absolutely gorgeous to serve, and packed with fresh, juicy flavor in every bite.
I originally saw this recipe on Instagram and knew I had to give it a try. After one bite, I understood the hype! The combination of crisp green apples, sweet honeydew, juicy grapes, ripe pears, and tangy kiwi creates the perfect balance of sweetness and freshness. It’s the kind of recipe that’s perfect for summer cookouts, meal prep, brunches, or whenever you’re craving something light and refreshing.

About the Chia Seeds
One question I’ve received quite a bit is whether the chia seeds should be soaked before adding them to the salad.
For my version, I did not soak the chia seeds first. I found that the moisture from the fresh fruit, combined with the lime juice and honey, was enough for my taste. However, if you prefer softened chia seeds or simply enjoy their texture after soaking, feel free to soak them beforehand. Either method works—it really comes down to personal preference!
