This salad is basically a BLT sandwich without the bread! All you need to do a fry up a few pieces of bacon, dice a tomato and a red onion to sprinkle over a wedge of iceberg lettuce. The homemade blue cheese dressing and balsamic glaze drizzled on top really takes this salad to the next level! It's a quick and easy dish to have as an entree or a great side dish to any meal. I love this salad mainly because of the bacon and the balsamic glaze, and it takes only 20 minutes to make! Give it a try and let me know if you love it as much as I do!
