Below is the recipe for the Baked Brie

Ingredients for Raspberry Walnut Baked Brie

1 sheet, frozen puff pastry, thawed

1 (8oz) round Brie cheese

1/3 cup of Spilling the Sweet Tea Raspberry Preserves

2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts

Egg for egg wash

Directions to Make Raspberry Walnut Baked Brie

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.

  2. Lay the puff pastry onto the prepared baking sheet . Scrap off the top layer of the brie cheese and then center the brie wheel onto the pastry. Spread the jam evenly over the top of the Brie. Sprinkle the walnuts atop the jam. Fold the puff pastry over the top of the brie sealing all openings. Brush with egg wash all over the puff pastry.

  3. Bake in preheated oven until the pastry is golden brown, about 30 mins. Let it rest for 10 mins before cutting into the baked brie. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
